Hollow Creek

Every ridge has one man on it. He's been building a house for a family. She just drove into town.

Hollow Creek is a hollow in the Arkansas Ozarks: a spring-fed creek running clear and cold between limestone bluffs, a low-water bridge, a Mercantile that sells bait, stamps and the only coffee, and float-trip tourists every summer weekend. Up the ridges, on gravel roads with names, live the men who built their own houses: big, quiet, done waiting for their lives to start.

Hollow Creek is a series of standalone mountain man romances. In every book a woman comes into the hollow on a contract with a clock on it (a travel-nurse posting, a season driving the river shuttle, a summer teaching job), and the man on the ridge knows what he wants by the end of the first day and says so. He wants her, and he wants a family with her. No games, no misunderstandings, no waiting around.

Over-the-top, sweet-hearted, explicit and open-door, with a baby on the way and a happily ever after every time. Most readers begin with Bred on Pike Ridge.

Each book is a complete interconnected standalone with a different couple, a guaranteed HEA. Read in any order.
